We opened our newest explorer scout unit in Coggeshall in January 2025, taking our current number of units within the district up to five. This sees a return of Explorer Scouts to the village for the first time since 2018, when we previously had Legend ESU operating under the guidance of Stuart Donnelly. After the unit had met for the first couple of weeks, the unit members decided that they would like their unit to be called Seax Explorer Scout Unit.
